We found significant decrease butyrate-producing bacteria Eubacterium spp. an increase lipopolysaccharide (LPS) - positive Enterobacter spp., Escherichia Pseudomonas compared controls. Control individuals 25[OH]D levels over 80 nmol/L characterized significantly decreased amount increased On other hand, < 80nmol/L diabetic related lower content higher LPS-positive bacteria. results showed influence on homeostasis relationship
